Sergi Jarques

After graduating with a BSc in geography, Sergi achieved an MSc in tourism management. He began his research career in a business-to-business consultancy environment. He moved into tourism when he joined East of England Tourism (EET) in 2003 as a Customer Insight Manager. There, he developed a successful in-house, commercially-driven market research and consulting function. He went on to work with Tourism South East for three years, on national and international tourism research projects. 


Sergi set up Destination Research Ltd. in 2014. As founder and owner, Sergi manages all day-to-day operations.
